Payment, Delivery, and Return Conditions

 

Payment Methods:

 

  1. Cash

Payment is made in Romanian Lei, in full, upon product delivery through courier services. Payment will be made directly to the courier company based on a receipt.

 

  1. Bank transfer

Order processing takes place after we receive payment confirmation from our bank, and then we will contact you by phone regarding the delivery of the order.

 

  1. Card payment

Secure processing through Banca Transilvania, 0% commission.

 

*The invoice will be automatically sent via email after the order is shipped.

For wholesale deliveries, we invite you to register on the website with all the required information on the online registration form and contact us to obtain a personalized discount.

OTHER DETAILS:

 

Orders placed on DISTILERIA MAGURA ZAMFIREI are handed over to the courier on business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).

We make constant efforts to deliver your online order as quickly as possible. On average, our processing and handover time to the courier is 2 business days.

Online orders placed on a business day before 12:00 PM are processed, prepared, and handed over to the courier on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are processed, prepared, and handed over to the courier on the next business day.

 

Orders placed on Fridays after 12:00 PM or on Saturdays or Sundays are processed, prepared, and handed over to the courier on Mondays or the next business day.

You will receive the package at the provided delivery address within 3 business days from the moment the courier picks up the package from our warehouse.

We deliver throughout Romania through our collaborating courier company.

 

Please note that the delivery time may be longer in areas where access is difficult due to terrain or unfavorable weather conditions.

 

SHIPMENTS TO POST OFFICE BOXES

 

We apologize, but we cannot make deliveries via postal service or to post office boxes.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

At Distileria Magura Zamfirei, your satisfaction is our guarantee! If the products purchased from www.Distileria Magura Zamfirei do not meet your expectations, you can return them in their original condition within 14 days from the date you received the package.

 

The return of the ordered and delivered products by Distileria Magura Zamfirei can be made exclusively to the address at Str. Șos. Alexandriei, nr. 19, sat Călinești, com. Călinești, jud. Teleorman, either by personally delivering them by the purchasing customer or by shipping them, at the expense of the buyer, through Urgent Cargus, within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.

 

Please note that the products must be returned in their original packaging (box marked Distileria Magura Zamfirei).

 

To send the return products by courier, it is necessary to email your request to suport@magurazamfirei.ro, providing the following information:

 

  • List of products proposed for return along with the order number;
  • Delivery is done through Urgent Cargus.
  • Reason for the return;
  • Number of packages sent for return;
  • Complete pickup address, phone number, and time interval for collection;
  • IBAN account and full name of the sender;
  • Email address.

 

For returned products that have damaged or incomplete packaging, signs of wear, scratches, dents, damaged stamps, etc., Distileria Magura Zamfirei reserves the right to decide whether to accept the return of the products or not.

 

The value of the ordered products, delivered by Distileria Magura Zamfirei and subsequently returned by the purchasing customer under the aforementioned conditions, will be refunded exclusively through bank transfer to the account provided via email within 10 business days from the date of return delivery.

 

  1. CONTACT US

To initiate the return process, please contact us via email at supor@magurazamfieri.ro. Our Customer Service department operates from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 AM and 05:00 PM.

 

  1. PACK THE PRODUCTS

Carefully package the items and ensure that they are securely placed in the box, so they do not fall out or get damaged during the return transportation to us. The products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered, in their individual packaging, and must not be damaged, altered, tested, or used. Do not forget to include the return form.

 

  1. HAND OVER THE PACKAGE TO THE COURIER

Our team will take care of all the necessary steps for the courier to come to your address to pick up and return the package to our warehouse. At the time of collection, you will not be asked to pay anything, as the cost of the return will be deducted from the final amount that will be refunded to you. We will not deduct any fees for processing the return if the reason for returning the products is related to incomplete or incorrect delivery or if you received defective products.

Regardless of the method of product return, please keep the proof of delivery (e.g., courier receipt) so that you can demonstrate that you have returned the goods in case, unlikely, we do not receive the returned items.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

 

Upon receiving the package, please inspect the box for any damages that may have occurred during shipping. It is normal for the shipping box to show some signs of wear and tear. However, if the products have been damaged, please keep the box, packaging materials, and the items inside, and contact us as soon as possible at 0765402028 (Monday to Friday, between 09:00 AM and 05:00 PM) or by email at suport@magurazamfirei.ro.
